Beldam Crossley is delighted to report that their holding company, the Pexion Group Ltd, has successfully concluded the sale of its subsidiary company Beldam Burgmann Ltd to the FDS Group.

The network of branches will be known as New Seal Ltd. The preferred products that will be promoted by New-Seal will include Flexitallic semi metallic products, Sigma PTFE sheet, Novus AF sheeting range, Thermiculite and all the Beldam Crossley Maintenance products for the UK MRO market.

Beldam Crossley will continue to service its loyal UK based OEM customers direct.
