Beldam Burgmann makes a 'quality appointment'

Beldam Burgmann, the UK's only genuine nationwide packing and static seals specialist, has appointed Steve Jackson as Health and Safety Officer and Quality Control Manager for all of its nationwide operations.

Having worked his way up from the shop floor, Steve's new responsibilities will include ensuring that all offices and departments of the company adhere to stringent health and safety regulations.   He will also oversee quality control of all Beldam Burgmann products.

During his time with the company, Steve has witnessed a number of changes and is now looking forward to playing his part as Beldam Burgmann looks forward to an exciting future.   Commenting on his aspirations, Steve said: "Over the next few years our aim is to see the company expand even further becoming firmly recognised as the UK's leading static seals provider.

"To do that we need to continue bringing quality products to the marketplace, ensuring that each one is produced to the highest possible specifications.

"I will be seeing a lot of the country in my new role, spending one week a month on the road to check that things are running smoothly in each of our eight branches nationwide and I'm sure that we'll continue to deliver on our promise of providing quality products and services to our expanding range of customers."

Commenting on Steve's promotion, Beldam Burgmann managing director, Peter Childs, says: "Over the years, Steve has developed a comprehensive understanding of our products and of the industry in general.   Everyone at the company is delighted to see his continued hard work rewarded with this promotion and we look forward to seeing him continue to play a crucial part in the future of our business."
