Reinforced Graphite for High Temperatures

Pilotgraph 4000 Super is a 'Crossplait' constructed packing. Manufactured from inconel re-inforced pure expanded graphite. Also contains corrosion inhibitors which enables the packing to be used in contact with Stainless Steel. High thermal conductivity, self lubrication and rapid heat dissipation are just three of the advantages when using Pilotgraph 4000 Super.

Petrochemicals, refineries, power stations, steel works (any steam valves).

Max.Temp. 500oc air. 650oc steam. 3000oc in inert gas conditions. (500oc in oxidising conditions).

Pressure 350 bar (500 bar specific conditions), pH 0-14. Speed 2 m/s.

In Square section 3mm - 8mm in coils of 15 metres. 9mm - 16mm in coils of 10 metres. 17mm and above in coils of 5 metres. Cuttings in rectangular sections. Larger sizes or specified lengths available to order.
