Pilotpack 5025

High Speed and Pressure

Pilotpack 5025 is a firm 'Crossplait' braided packing, made from pre coated staple aromatic polyamide yarn. It is fully impregnated with fine particle PTFE plus additional lubricants. The high mechanical strength of the basic yarn makes the packaging ideally suitable for high speed and high pressure but the fibrous nature of the staple aromatic polyamide yarn makes a soft flexible packing which is not as abrasive as the traditional filament polyamide packings. The fibrous nature of the staple aramid yarn makes the packing ideal as a reservoir for the blended lubricants and allows for a high PTFE content.

• Paper/pulp, feed stock and slurries Wood pump digestor/defibrators/agitators
• Rotary, reciprocating and static.

In Square Section 3.0mm, 5.0mm, 6.5mm, 8.0mm, in Coils of 15 metres; 9.5mm 11.0mm, 12.5mm, 14.5mm, 16.0mm, in coils of 10 metres; 19.0mm and above in Coils of 5 metres.

Cut rings, intermediate and larger sizes or specified lengths available to order.
