Pilotpack 5036

High Speed Mixers, Pumps and Agitators

Pilotpack 5036 is a firm 'Crossplait'constructed packing incorporating a solid silicone rubber core.

Wrapped with unsintered thread seal tape for increased chemical resistance.

The core is overbraided with GFO fibre. The finished packing has excellent thermal conductivity and low friction properties. Ideal for high speed and high pressure applications.

Applications

Pumps, mixers, agitators, chemicals, oils, solvents and petroleum industries.

Max.Temp. 200oc, Pressure 250 bar, pH 1-14, Speed 20m/s.

In square section 8.0mm in Coils of 15 metres; 9.5mm, 11.0mm, 12.5mm, 14.5mm, 17.0mm in Coils of 10 metres

18mm and above in Coils of 5 metres. Cut rings, intermediate and larger sizes or specified lengths available to order. Can be produced up to 75mm section.
