Pilotpack 5045

High Speed Mixers, Pumps and Agitators

Pilotpack 5045 is a firm Crossplait - packing. It incorporates a solid silicone rubber core,which has an unsintered PTFE tape cover. The core is overbraided with aramid fibre for high mechanical strength on the corners and graphite PTFE on the face providing improved thermal conductivity and good heat dissipation properties.

• Rotary pumps, high pressure reciprocating actions Mixers and agitators
• Sugar beet solutions, chocolate and cocoa mixtures, slurries, abrasive

Max.Temp. 200oc, Pressure 250 bar, pH 2-13, Speed 20m/s.

Supplied

In square section 8.0mm in Coils of 15 metres; 9.5mm, 11.0mm, 12.5mm, 14.5mm, 17.0mm in Coils of 10 metres;

18mm and above in Coils of 5 metres. Cut rings, intermediate and larger sizes or specified lengths available to order. Can be produced up to 75mm section.
