Pilotpack 7033

Universal Packing and Acids, Solvents and Chemicals

Pilotpack 7033 is a 'Crossplait' constructed synthetic based packing, each strand of which is encapsulated in PTFE dispersion, then further impregnated with PTFE and finally wet lubricated. This construction ensures that the heavy PTFE coating provides excellent protection against chemical attack yet still produces a low friction surface with high impermeability.

Applications

Multi-purpose pump and valve hatch packing widely used in the brewing, food and chemical industries Suitable media include: chemicals, water, oils, greases and solvents.

Max.Temp. 120oc, Pressure: 70 Bar, pH: 3-14, Speed: 10m/s.

In square section 8.0mm in Coils of 15 metres; 9.5mm, 11.0mm, 12.5mm, 14.5mm, 17.0mm in Coils of 10 metres;

18mm and above in Coils of 5 metres. Cut rings, intermediate and larger sizes or specified lengths available to order. Can be produced up to 75mm section.
