Universal Hatch Packing

Pilotpack 7044 is a Crossplait constructed synthetic based packing, each strand of which is encapsulated in PTFE dispersion and then further impregnated in PTFE to provide increased chemical resistance.

Applications

Multi- purpose packing suitable for a wide range of static tank lid applications.

Suitable media include: mild acids, solvents, oils and alkalis.

Service

Max.Temp. 120oc, Pressure: 5 Bar, pH: 2-13.

Pilotpack 7044 is available in square or rectangular sections as required and can be supplied on continuous coils, cut lengths or customised ready made rings.

Sizes available: 3mm-25mm. Larger sections available on request.
