Pilotsil 8113 is a greasy, graphited, general purpose, non - asbestos, pump and valve packing. Each strand of high temperature BCX yarn is impregnated with a graphite lubricant to give good, firm, uniformly lubricated packing with a low coefficient of friction.

Applications

• Rotary, reciprocating and static Hot air and gases
• Piston rods and valve rods Ballast, bilge and cargo feed pumps.

Service

Max.Temp. 400oc, Pressure 100 bar, pH 3-12, Speed 10m/s.

Supplied

n square section 3.0mm, 5.0mm, 6.5mm, 8.0mm, in Coils of 15 metres; 9.5mm, 11.0mm, 12.5mm, 14.5mm, 16.0mm, in Coils of 10 metres; 19.0mm and above in Coils of 5 metres.

Cut rings, intermediate and larger sizes specified lengths available to order.
