With 8 locations around Britain stretching from Aberdeen in the North to Ipswich and Cardiff in the South, Beldam Bergmann was established on 1st March 2005, when Pexion, a privately owned UK company, comprising Beldam Crossley, Beldam Plasmar and MacLellan Rubber, joined with the packing and static sealings (PSS) arm of Eagle Burgmann Industries UK (EBI).
Following the company's inception, Eagle Burgmann's mechanical seals operation (EBI MS) will continue to trade seperately, as will Beldam Crossley, which will continue as a key supplier. MacLellan Rubber will be part of Beldam Burgmann but will keep its trading name, while the Beldam Plasmar brand will now be superceded as Beldam Burgmann moves forward.
